One-off sessions

Pregnancy, childbirth and the post-birth periods can raise questions, doubts and/or fears. These one-off sessions are information sessions whose main purpose is to familiarise you with the process of pregnancy, childbirth and post-delivery. The core program will be customized based on each woman's potential concerns.

Two options:

- An information session dedicated to childbirth;

- A package, dedicated to the entire maternity cycle, from pre to postpartum.

In order to welcome potential confinement restrictions as well as ensuring continuous monitoring, the proposed shadowing include the option of meeting online (on the Zoom platform). Thus, in the same package, we can alternate face-to-face and online meetings.

Before starting those sessions, you will be asked to fill a form in order to:

. Know more details of your ongoing process;

. Understand your needs;

. Clarify questions you may have.

Childbirth information session

A synthesis focused on childbirth and personalized

Information on various aspects of childbirth:

Understanding the physiological process;
The details of a birth plan (What is it? How is it done? What does it include?);
The base program is personalized based on the interests and concerns of each woman.

This service does not include my availability outside the session. Any question or doubt you may have after the session will be subject of a new package or separate session.

Package dedicated to the maternity cycle

A set of customizable sessions, covering the entire process from pre to postpartum.

The pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period can raise questions, doubts and/or fears.

In this package I provide information to live this walk with more relativity and more consciousness. The first session is dedicated to pregnancy, the second at delivery and the third at postpartum.

This package does not include my availability outside of sessions. Any question or doubt that arises after the sessions will be the subject of a new package or separate session.
